What is the Gujarat Senior Citizen Card?
The Senior Citizen Card (Senior Citizen Certificate) is an official identity and benefit card issued by the Government of Gujarat to citizens aged 60 years or above who are permanent residents of Gujarat for at least 10 years. It provides access to government welfare schemes, healthcare benefits, travel concessions, and priority services. Managed by the Department for Empowerment of Differently Abled and Senior Citizens, Government of Gujarat.

Log in to digitalgujarat.gov.in → click Citizen Services → Senior Citizen Certificate. Click Apply Online.
Fill the application form
Enter all required details: occupational details, family details, personal information. All fields marked with * (star) are mandatory.
Upload documents and submit
Upload residence proof, identity proof, age proof, and passport-size photo. Click Submit. Note the application reference number for tracking. Or download the offline form and submit at your nearest Mamlatdar / Jan Seva Kendra office.
