Adding a Name to Your Gujarat Ration Card

Log in to Digital Gujarat Portal

Go to digitalgujarat.gov.in → Citizen Login → log in with your credentials.

Citizen Services → Addition of Name in Ration Card

Click the Service tab → Citizen Services → select Addition of Name in Ration Card from the Ration Card section.

Fill form, upload documents & submit

Fill all required details carefully. Upload required documents. Click Submit. Note the application reference number and track status via your dashboard.

Offline option: Visit the nearest Taluka Mamlatdar / Jan Seva Kendra (JSK) office with your documents. All ration card services are also available offline at JSK centres across Gujarat.
