    Visit the official portal at digitalgujarat.gov.in. Click "New Registration" on the homepage. Enter your current mobile number, email ID, and create a secure password.

    Complete Your Profile

    After logging in, click "My Profile" and fill in all mandatory fields: personal details, Aadhaar number, address, and bank account details. Upload your passport-size photo (under 200 KB). Verify your mobile with the OTP received.

What Does Your Application Status Mean?

After submitting your form, log in to digitalgujarat.gov.in and go to Scholarship Services to see your status.

⏳ Pending / Under Review

Your application has been submitted and is being reviewed by your institution or district committee. No action needed — wait for verification.

✓ Approved

Your scholarship is approved. The amount will be transferred to your Aadhaar-linked bank account via DBT. Check PFMS at pfms.nic.in.

💳 Payment Processed

The scholarship amount has been disbursed to your bank account. If not received in 5–7 days, contact your bank to check Aadhaar linkage.

✗ Rejected / Incomplete

Your application was rejected, usually due to incomplete documents, income over the limit, or incorrect details. Check the rejection reason and reapply if the portal allows.
