Track your Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana application from Submitted to Payment Done. This guide covers every status stage, PFMS payment tracking, and what to do if your application is stuck or shows Query by Authority.
Log in at digitalgujarat.gov.in with your registered mobile number and password, open My Services or Scholarship Services, and find your MYSY application in the service request table. The Status column shows your current stage: Submitted, Institute Verified, Query by Authority, Approved, or Payment Done. For payment confirmation, check pfms.nic.in using your Aadhaar number.
The status check needs your login credentials and takes about five minutes from start to finish.
Go to digitalgujarat.gov.in in Chrome or Firefox. If the page will not load, try the dedicated MYSY portal at mysy.guj.nic.in as an alternate route.
Click Login, enter your registered mobile number or email, your password, and solve the captcha. Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password steps in our login guide.
From your dashboard, click My Services or Scholarship Services. This shows every application you have submitted, across all financial years.
Locate the row for Mukhyamantri Yuva Swavalamban Yojana in the service request table. If you applied for other schemes too, they will appear as separate rows.
The status shown tells you exactly where your application stands: Submitted, Institute Verified, Query by Authority, Approved, or Payment Done. See the full breakdown of each stage below.
If your status is Payment Done, confirm the credit at pfms.nic.in using your Aadhaar number. Full steps are in the PFMS section further down this page.
Cannot find your application? Either you applied under a different mobile number or email, try logging in with the other one, or your submission did not go through and may still sit under Draft Applications on your dashboard.
MYSY moves through five stages from submission to payment. Here is what each one means and what, if anything, you need to do.
You have submitted the application online, but your college has not acted on it yet. This is the very first stage.
What to do: Print your application immediately and hand it to your college scholarship coordinator along with original documents. MYSY requires this physical step in addition to the online form.
Also shown as "Received by Principal." Your college has acknowledged the application and forwarded it for district level review.
What to do: No action needed. Keep your phone reachable in case the district office needs to contact you. This stage usually takes two to four weeks.
An officer has flagged a specific issue with your application, a document, a mismatched detail, or missing information.
What to do: Log in right away, read the exact query, correct the flagged item, then re-print and resubmit to your college. See the dedicated section below for a full walkthrough.
The district authority has approved your application. It is now sanctioned and moving to state level payment processing.
What to do: Confirm your bank account is active and your Aadhaar is linked. Payment usually arrives within two to four weeks of approval via DBT.
The scholarship amount has been transferred from the treasury through PFMS to your Aadhaar linked bank account.
What to do: Check your bank account. If nothing shows after five working days, verify the transfer at pfms.nic.in and see the PFMS section below.
This is the stage that sends the most students searching for help, because it means the clock is running and a response is expected from you.
| Common Query Reason | What It Means | How To Fix It |
|---|---|---|
| Income certificate mismatch | Income shown does not match the certificate uploaded, or the certificate has expired | Get an updated Mamlatdar income certificate and re-upload, ideally the digitally issued version |
| Name mismatch with Aadhaar | Name on the application does not exactly match your Aadhaar card | Correct the name field to match Aadhaar exactly, character for character |
| Blurry or unreadable document | An uploaded scan is unclear, tilted, or partially cut off | Re-scan in good light and re-upload as a clear PDF or JPG under 200 KB |
| Marks percentage unclear | Marksheet upload does not clearly show the required percentage | Upload the official marksheet page that shows the percentage or total marks clearly |
| Bank details incomplete | Account number, IFSC, or Aadhaar seeding information is missing or incorrect | Update bank passbook details and confirm Aadhaar-bank linking at your branch |
Once you fix the flagged issue, log back in, update the specific field or document, save, and resubmit. Then print the updated form and hand it to your college coordinator again so the physical record matches the online correction. Leaving a query unanswered for too long can cause the application to lapse for that cycle.
If your status shows Approved or Payment Done but the money has not reached your account, PFMS is where you confirm what actually happened.
| Situation | Likely Cause | What To Do |
|---|---|---|
| Stuck on "Submitted" for over 2 weeks | Physical form not yet handed to your college coordinator | Print and submit the form with original documents to your college in person |
| Stuck on "Institute Verified" for over a month | High application volume at the district level, or documents awaiting review | Ask your college coordinator to check the district queue status on your behalf |
| "Approved" but no payment after 4 weeks | Aadhaar not seeded to bank, or PFMS processing backlog | Check pfms.nic.in and confirm Aadhaar-bank seeding at your branch |
| Application disappeared or not visible | Logged in with a different mobile number or email than used to apply | Try alternate login credentials, or check Draft Applications if never submitted |
| Rejected with no clear reason | Rejection reason listed elsewhere on the dashboard, easy to miss | Open the application detail view fully, the reason usually appears in a separate remarks field |
MYSY and category based scholarships like Post-Matric or Pre-Matric use slightly different wording for similar stages. Knowing both helps if you have applied for more than one scheme.
| Stage | MYSY Label | General Scholarship Label |
|---|---|---|
| Just submitted | Submitted | Pending |
| College level check | Institute Verified / Received by Principal | Under Institute Review |
| District level check | (included within Institute Verified) | Under District Review |
| Issue flagged | Query by Authority | Incomplete |
| Sanctioned | Approved | Approved |
| Money sent | Payment Done / Disbursed | Payment Processed |
| Not accepted | Rejected | Rejected / Cancelled |
If you also applied for a category based scholarship such as Post-Matric or Pre-Matric alongside MYSY, see our general Digital Gujarat scholarship status guide for that application's tracking steps.
For MYSY application, status, and query issues. Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
1800-233-5500Your first point of contact for Submitted, Institute Verified, and district queue questions. Visit with your application reference number.
Log in at digitalgujarat.gov.in with your registered mobile number and password, open My Services or Scholarship Services, and find your MYSY application in the service request table. The status column shows the current stage, such as Submitted, Institute Verified, Query by Authority, Approved, or Payment Done.
Query by Authority means a verifying officer found an issue with your application, such as a mismatched document or missing information, and needs you to correct it. Log in immediately, open your application, read the specific query, fix the flagged field or document, then re-print and resubmit the form to your college coordinator.
First wait 5 to 7 working days since approval and credit are separate steps. Then check pfms.nic.in using your Aadhaar number to confirm the transfer was dispatched. If PFMS shows the payment as sent but your bank shows nothing, the usual cause is that your Aadhaar is not seeded to your bank account. Visit your bank branch to request NPCI seeding, then check again after 48 to 72 hours.
From submission to payment, MYSY typically takes 6 to 10 weeks. This covers institute verification, district level review, state approval, and DBT payment processing through PFMS. Applications submitted early in the window, and with clean documents, tend to move faster than last minute submissions.
Yes. MYSY previously ran on its own dedicated portal at mysy.guj.nic.in, and its scholarship services are now integrated with digitalgujarat.gov.in. If your status does not show up on one portal, or a page does not load, try the other before assuming your application was not submitted.
A status of Submitted means your college has not yet acted on your application. This is expected for one to two weeks after you apply, but if it continues beyond that, confirm your college scholarship coordinator has received your printed application and original documents, since MYSY requires physical submission in addition to the online form.
No. Both digitalgujarat.gov.in and mysy.guj.nic.in require you to log in with your registered credentials to view application status. There is no public lookup tool that works without login. If you cannot access your account, use Forgot Password or call the helpline at 1800-233-5500.
Institute Verified or Received by Principal means your college has acknowledged the application and it now sits with the district level committee for review. This stage typically takes two to four weeks. If it extends well beyond that, contact your college scholarship coordinator, since they often have direct visibility into the district queue that you do not.
MYSY typically shows a five stage cycle: Submitted, Institute Verified or Received by Principal, Query by Authority, Approved, and Payment Done or Disbursed. Other Digital Gujarat scholarships, such as Post-Matric or Pre-Matric schemes, often use a different label set: Pending, Under Institute Review, Under District Review, Approved, Payment Processed, Rejected, and Incomplete. Which labels you see can also vary slightly by application year.
Open your dashboard and read the rejection reason shown against your application. Common causes are an expired or mismatched income certificate, a name that does not match Aadhaar exactly, marks below 80 percent, or an unlinked bank account. Correct the specific issue, gather updated documents if needed, and contact your college coordinator or the District Social Welfare Office about resubmitting.
Status updates depend on when college and district officials process applications, which is generally during working days. Do not expect status changes over weekends or state holidays. If your status has not moved after a full working week, that is a reasonable point to follow up with your institution.
Start with your college scholarship coordinator, since they can see the district queue directly. If that does not resolve it, contact the District Social Welfare Office with your application reference number and original documents, or call the toll free helpline at 1800-233-5500, available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM.
