What is the Gujarat Rozgaar Portal?
The Gujarat Rozgaar Portal, officially called the Anubandham Portal, is the state government's primary digital employment exchange at anubandham.gujarat.gov.in. Managed by the Directorate of Employment & Training (DET) under the Department of Labour and Skill Development & Employment, Government of Gujarat, it was launched in 2022 as a modern replacement for the traditional employment exchange system.
The portal uses auto-matching technology to intelligently connect job seekers with relevant job openings based on their profile, qualifications, and skills. As of 2026: over 2 lakh job seekers and 30,000+ employers are active. Both private-sector and government jobs are available. Registration is completely free for job seekers and employers. The Anubandham (GOG) Android app is available on Google Play Store.
How to Register on Gujarat Rozgaar Portal

Open Anubandham Portal
Go to anubandham.gujarat.gov.in or download the Anubandham (GOG) app from Google Play Store.
Click Register โ Select Job Seeker
Click the Register button. On the next screen, select Job Seeker (not Job Provider/Employer).
Enter mobile / email and verify OTP
Enter your mobile number or email ID, click Next. Enter the OTP sent to your phone or email to verify.
Fill registration form and upload documents
Enter name, address, district, pin code, date of birth, educational qualifications, and skills. Upload: Aadhaar Card (or Voter ID / PAN Card), educational certificates/marksheets, and a passport-size photo.
Click Sign Up | job profile created
Review all details and click Sign Up. Your digital job profile is activated. You can now upload a resume, search jobs, and receive auto-matched job notifications and interview alerts.
